These clinics will focus on Vermont criminal record expungements for Black Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) with the support of a BIPOC attorney. Spaces are limited with a priority on those seeking criminal record expungements for themselves or their loved ones.Come work with an advocate to fill out the paperwork necessary to erase qualifying charges from your criminal record.Under the law, most misdemeanors can be expunged, except for violent or sex offenses. Four types of felonies can also be expunged: Felony Burglary (not in a home), Grand Larceny, Prescription Fraud, and Criminal Mischief. All dismissed charges can be expunged and in most cases crimes committed before the age of 21 can be sealed.
Please note: We can only help with Vermont state charges
